Imli terms of use
These terms apply when you play Imli, published by Jogiba Gaming. By playing, you agree to them.
The games
The five board games, the daily challenge and play against the computer or family on one phone are free. The classic boards are free. Free players see a full-screen ad only as they leave a finished match, never during a match, a tutorial or the daily challenge, and can watch a short video to get a hint. Imli works offline and needs no account.
Fair play
Every throw of the cowries comes from the match itself. Undo cannot fish for a better throw, and nothing for sale changes a throw. Imli has no wagering and no money or prizes: the cowries are the game’s dice, and no coin or token in the game has any cash value.
Purchases
- Imli offers two one-time purchases, not subscriptions: Remove Ads, which takes away every ad and makes hints free, and Royal themes, which adds more board looks. The classic boards stay free whether or not you buy anything.
- The price is shown in the game before you buy and is charged by Google Play or the App Store. Each is a single purchase, with nothing that renews.
- You can restore your purchases in Settings, signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought them with.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
Your progress
Your progress belongs to your device. We work hard to keep the game reliable, but we cannot be responsible for progress lost because of a device fault or a cleared or uninstalled app.
Fair use
Please do not tamper with the game or its servers, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Jogiba Gaming is not liable for indirect losses arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
