LexiBrew terms of use

These terms apply when you play LexiBrew, published by Jogiba Gaming. By playing, you agree to them.

The game

The daily puzzle and every level are free. Free players see an occasional ad between levels, never during a puzzle and never in the daily, and a hint can play a short video when no free hint is left.

Remove ads

• Remove ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes every ad and makes hints free. The price is shown in the game before you buy and is charged by Google Play or the App Store.
• Restore it in Settings on a new phone, signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought it with.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
• On iPhone, Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps also applies.

Your progress

Your progress is stored only on your phone. We cannot recover progress lost because the game was uninstalled, its data was cleared or the phone was lost or reset.

Fair use

Please do not tamper with the game or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Jogiba Gaming is not liable for indirect losses arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
