Delete your Taash Adda data
There is no account. The current build of Taash Adda has no sign-in and no account system, so there is no profile on our servers to delete and nothing that is yours by name. What the app keeps is on your phone, plus what Google’s advertising and analytics SDKs collect, and each is removed a different way.
On your phone
On Android:
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Taash Adda.
- Choose Uninstall.
On iPhone, touch and hold the Taash Adda icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App.
That removes everything the app stored: settings, the name you chose for your seat, coins, XP, statistics, the last game you opened, ad pacing and your ads consent choice. Nothing of it was ever sent to us.
Your advertising identifier
On Android, Google AdMob serves the ads and may use your device’s advertising identifier. To reset or delete it, open Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Where a privacy regulation gives you a choice about personalised ads, the app’s own Settings → Privacy choices reopens Google’s consent form.
Analytics
On Android, Google Analytics for Firebase records which games are played, under an app-instance identifier and no name. To have that deleted, write to support@jogiba.com. We cannot look you up by name, because we never have one: tell us the phone model and roughly when you installed, and we will ask Google to delete the analytics data we can tie to that app instance, and tell you what was possible. We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted, and how
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Settings, seat name, coins, XP, statistics, last game opened | On your phone only; gone when you uninstall |
| Ad pacing and consent choice | On your phone only; gone when you uninstall |
| Advertising identifier | Reset or deleted by you in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads |
| Analytics events | Deleted on request by email, as far as Google’s tools allow |
| Account, profile, chat, purchases | None exist in this build |
| Anything from the iPhone app | Nothing leaves it: deleting the app removes everything |
Nothing to cancel
The current build sells nothing, so there is no subscription to cancel. When one goes on sale it will be sold through Google Play, and this page will say how to cancel it.
When accounts arrive
When online play brings accounts, you will be able to delete yours and everything attached to it from Settings inside the app, and this page will describe that flow. Until then, the steps above are the whole of it.
