Taash Adda terms of use
1. The short version
Taash Adda is a free card game. On Android it shows ads; on iPhone it shows none. Coins are only ever awarded for playing, are worth nothing outside the app, and cannot be bought, sold or passed to anyone. Every bot is labelled as a bot. There are no accounts, no online play, no chat and nothing for sale in the current build, and these terms will be updated before any of that is switched on.
2. Agreement
By installing or using Taash Adda you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Taash Adda is not directed at children under 13; you must be 13 or older to use it.
3. A free app with ads
The app is free to install and free to play. On Android it is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob; the privacy policy says where ads appear and what they collect. The iPhone app shows no ads. Nothing is for sale in the current build: the “Remove ads” screen says so, and no purchase can be made. When a subscription goes on sale it will be sold through Google Play, under Google Play’s terms, and these terms will be updated first. A subscription will only ever buy access or the removal of ads. It will never buy coins.
4. Coins
Coins are awarded for playing, and for nothing else.
- They cannot be bought, and no purchase will ever add coins.
- They cannot be transferred to another player, traded, sold or given away.
- They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or for anything of value, and cannot be withdrawn or cashed out: not to a bank, a wallet, a voucher or another person.
- Nothing in Taash Adda is played for money. There is no stake, no wager and no prize of money or anything of value anywhere in the app.
- Coins are a record of play, not property. During testing an update may reset coins, XP and statistics, and we owe you nothing for them.
5. Bots
Some seats at a table are taken by computer players. Every bot is labelled as a bot, at the table and in the lobby; you are told before you sit down if a table will be filled with them; and bots never appear on a leaderboard. No bot can see your cards.
6. No accounts, no online play (yet)
The current build has no sign-in, no account, no online play and no chat. Everything the app keeps (settings, coins, statistics, the name you chose for your seat) is stored on your phone and is removed when you uninstall; the privacy policy lists it. Before online play, chat, accounts or purchases are switched on, these terms will be updated to cover them, and the date at the top will change.
7. Playing fair
Do not modify the app, tamper with how it runs or with the data it stores, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its artwork, sounds, text and code belong to Jogiba Gaming or its licensors. The card games themselves (Dehla Pakad, Court Piece, Call Break, Bhabhi and the rest) belong to nobody; only our implementation is ours. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial play and nothing else.
9. No warranty; limits on liability
The app is provided as it is, with no promise that it is free of errors or always available. It is a test build and may change, or stop working, between updates. To the extent the law of India allows, Jogiba Gaming is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of coins, progress or statistics. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that matters is announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
