Trimosa terms of use
These terms apply when you play Trimosa, published by Jogiba Gaming. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
Every level and the daily puzzle are free and work offline. Free players see an occasional full-screen ad when they leave a won level, never during one, and can choose to watch a short video for a booster from a button that says it plays an ad.
Remove Ads
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Its price is shown in the game before you buy and is charged by Google Play or the App Store.
- It turns off the full-screen ads between levels for good. Booster videos stay available as your own choice.
- Restore purchase, on the same sheet, brings it back on a new phone or after a reinstall, signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
Coins and boosters
Coins are earned by clearing levels and daily puzzles and spent on boosters in the game. They cannot be bought, have no money value and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game.
Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your phone. We cannot recover progress lost because of a device fault, a cleared phone or an uninstall.
Fair use
Please do not tamper with the game or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Jogiba Gaming is not liable for indirect losses arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
