Delete your LogicBrew account

You only have a LogicBrew account if you signed in to back up your progress. Playing without signing in creates no account.

Delete it inside the game

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Cloud save, tap Delete account and confirm.
3. You may be asked to confirm with Google or Apple once more.

Your cloud backup and your sign-in are deleted straight away.

Delete it by email

Write to support@jogiba.com from the email address of the account, asking for it to be deleted. We delete the account and its backup within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (your account and the email address and name it holds).
• Your cloud backup of daily results, streak and ladder progress.

What is not deleted

• Progress saved on your device stays there until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
• An active Ladder Pass subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
• Analytics and crash data, which are not linked to your account, expire on their own under Firebase’s retention settings.
• Data Google AdMob processed to show ads is not linked to your account either, and is kept under Google’s own policies. On Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings.
