LogicBrew terms of use
These terms apply when you play LogicBrew, published by Jogiba Gaming. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
The three daily puzzles, your streak and the first ten levels of each ladder are free. Free players see an occasional ad between puzzles, never during one, and can choose to watch a short video to play one locked ladder level or, after their first solved puzzle, to get a hint. The daily puzzles work offline; signing in is optional and only needed to back up your progress.
The Ladder Pass
- The Ladder Pass is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks every ladder level beyond the free ones and removes all ads, hint videos included. The price is shown in the game before you subscribe and is charged by Google Play or the App Store.
- It renews automatically each month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the pass stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
- The daily puzzles and your streak never require the Ladder Pass.
Your progress
Your progress belongs to your device and, if you sign in, to your account’s cloud backup. We work hard to keep it safe, but we cannot be responsible for progress lost because of a device fault, a deleted account or a cleared device.
Fair use
Please do not tamper with the game, its servers or other players’ accounts, or use it in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend an account that does.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Jogiba Gaming is not liable for indirect losses arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
